The Art and Olfaction Awards jury brings various interests, backgrounds and specializations to the very hard task of judging scent. We strive to create a diverse and international jury that is composed of active participants in the scent world, from perfume business leaders to artists; curators to writers, scientists and - of course - perfumers.
We believe that submissions should be judged by a group of people that is able to understand the context for the work submitted in their category - be it an owner-operated perfume company, an international niche perfume brand, or an experimental artwork that incorporates scent. We also believe that a diversity of interests creates a stronger and more progressive jury.
All our judges must adhere to the judging code of ethics, which you can review here.
